What we collect on this site

Only if you use the pre-registration form (or write to us by hand): email address, the broker you name, the country or state you trade from, an optional message. Purpose: to contact you about early access and to learn which venue and country you already use — that is the bridge queue, not a list for resale. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps / consent to be contacted).

We do not sell that list. We do not use it for ad profiling. We do not ask for a credit card on these pages.

What we do not collect here

This site is not the product. It does not receive broker API keys, it does not see your account, it does not read positions. Wiring Alpaca, Tradier or another venue happens in the software, with credentials you control. Helmsman is middleware: it does not deposit keys in our database. Strategy data is not harvested by these static pages.

Who processes the form

The form goes through FormSubmit and lands at info@antoniotrento.net. FormSubmit is a third party: it handles the submission so it can deliver it. You can skip the form and write that address directly.

Hosting and third-party assets

Pages are served by GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep technical logs (IP, user-agent) under its own policy. The theme loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Cloudflare (cdnjs), CSS from the Tailwind CDN, and, on the broker map, icons from Simple Icons. Those services can see the request IP. We do not install our own analytics tags or ad pixels on this site.

Retention and rights

We keep pre-registration email and notes for as long as we need them to run the list, then we delete or anonymise them. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where it applies — write to info@antoniotrento.net. If you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Italy: the Garante).

Children

The site is not aimed at people who cannot legally trade. We do not seek children’s data.
